Compass Health Group
Set your life in a new direction
Get accessible and personalized mental healthcare in-person or from the comfort of your home.
Our approach
Life is more than just ‘existing’ or struggling through each day, & health is more than just the absence of disease or disorder. At Compass Health Group we take an integrative approach to mental health by understanding research from clinical & health psychology, nutritional psychiatry, sleep and exercise in relation to mental health. We focus on helping clients to achieve more satisfaction, contentment & an optimum life, not just less sadness, worry or suffering.
In terms of assessment & treatment, we take a whole-of-life approach, where health is considered across four dimensions: physical, psychological, social & purposeful living. Setting your life in a new & more meaningful direction involves attention to each of these four interrelated areas, not just one or the other.
When considering making a change in your life, it’s important you find someone you can easily work & identify with. So come & set your life in a new direction with us.

“90% of your long-term happiness is predicted not by the external world, but by the way your brain processes the world. And if we change it, if we change our formula for happiness and success, we can change the way that we can then affect reality. What we found is that only 25% of job successes are predicted by IQ, 75% of job successes are predicted by your optimism levels, your social support and your ability to see stress as a challenge instead of as a threat..”
